Documentaries:

Fed Up - “A wake up call to everyone who eats".” It’s the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see.

The Magic Pill - The Magic Pill follows doctors, patients, scientists, chefs, farmers and journalists from around the globe who are combating illness through a paradigm shift in eating.

Stink - Stink opens with a foul smell and a pair of kids pajamas and a single father trying to find out what that smell could possibly be. Instead of getting a straight answer, director Jon Whelan stumbles on an even bigger issue in America, which is that products on our store shelves are not safe — by design.

Root Cause - Netflix has since removed this from their platform after getting backlash from the American Dental Association, among others. I believe that censorship begs the question “why is this information being withheld from me?”. Do your own homework and decide from there.

Websites/Blogs:

The Weston A. Price Foundation - Natural health resource

Dr. Axe - Natural health resource

Dr. Mercola - Natural health resource

Dr. Jessica Peatross - Functional MD who specializes in Lyme, Mold and stealth infections

Carrie Vitt - Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in thyroid and autoimmune disease

Podcasts:

The 4 Phase Cycle Podcast with Zesty Ginger - An MD and Functional Nutritionist duo helps women take back their health by learning to work with the natural cycles of the body, rather than against them.

Wise Traditions Podcast - Down-to-earth interviews with leading health and wellness experts (scientists, doctors, farmers, physical therapists, and more).

Peak Human Podcast - Dr. Bill Schindler on Food, Our Ancestors and How We Became Human

Very, Very, Quite Contrary Podcast - For those who question the status quo, or are just starting to, this podcast will explore a variety of topics; pursuing truth and justice, tempered grace and a little bit of cheek.
