Digestion Support


Oils from foods like ginger, peppermint and caraway are incredibly soothing to the stomach.

When feeling bloated, nauseous or you have indigestion, take 1 drop with water.

Rub over the stomach/belly button (or use this convenient roller bottle).

Alternatively, put 1 drop in an empty veggie capsule and take with water as a supplement. Inhaling can also be soothing to upset stomachs.


Mint is great to have on hand for more than just headaches.

Just like DigestZen, you can take it internally, apply topically or inhale.


Ginger is excellent for digestion and helpful with stomach upsets.

Follow the same directions as DigestZen and Peppermint.
