Tried and true, Lavender is always a safe bet to help your mind and body settle into a relaxing sleep.

Rub 1 drop on the bottom of each foot before bed. (This roller bottle is a convenient way to do so)

Use a diffuser with Lavender, placed by your bedside.


This is a beautiful blend of oils like Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Vetiver, Roman Chamomile (and others). It is my go-to diffuser blend for nighttime.
